WHAT’S BEEN HAPPENING AT FACILITRADE NDIS

Hi Everyone,

It’s a relief that face-to-face meetings are possible again. We were able to have workshops with clients and achieved far better outcomes and key objectives to set up yet another organisation as an NDIS provider last week.

Successfully completed the policy development and audit for Assure Ability’s new registration groups:

“Janaki, with her wealth of knowledge, has been a key player in securing 100% NDIS audit success for us. She has motivated and patiently worked with all managers and directors to provide suggestions for improvement and correct discrepancies in our policy. She has been a delight to work with and helped us to improve our key governance process for the future.”

Rezuanur Rahman, BDM Assure Ability

As you may recall, our focus now-a-days is to assist disability service providers in compliance matters with a holistic approach to their needs. This is just what we did for Cosmic Healthcare over the last couple of months. Using our governance expertise, we setup their company, briefed them on directors’ responsibilities, business plan, operational strategies and staffing from a compliance point of view. With self-assessments and policies finalised, we submitted their application last week.
